Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how BananaGen handles refund requests for credits, subscriptions, and AI image generation purchases.

Digital Service Notice

BananaGen provides digital AI generation services. Credits may be consumed immediately when a generation request is processed. Because digital resources are allocated on demand, used credits and completed generations are generally non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Requests

You may contact us for review if you were charged twice for the same purchase, paid successfully but did not receive the purchased credits or subscription access, were charged after a confirmed cancellation, or experienced a payment processing error.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for credits that were already used, dissatisfaction with subjective AI output quality, prompts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy, abuse, chargeback fraud, or account activity intended to repeatedly claim free credits.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period unless a billing error occurred.

How To Request A Review

Email support@nanobanana2app.io with your account email, payment email, order details, and a short explanation. We aim to review eligible requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
